通过紫外光照射[Ag(NH3)2]+溶液激发光电子还原Ag+为单质银,不添加任何还原剂,在PVP的保护下形成纳米银溶胶.UV-Vis吸收光谱测试表明,胶态的纳米银粒子的吸光度随紫外照射时间的延长而增加,但最大吸收波长不变,当照射时间达12 h时,吸光度值趋于稳定.TEM观测结果表明,纳米银粒子的形状为球形、单分散、粒径5 nm左右.抗菌性能测试表明,当纳米银粒子浓度为5μg/mL时,对大肠杆菌的杀灭率达100%.
