二氧化硅气凝胶薄膜是一种应用广泛的功能材料.本文采用sol-gel技术和dip-coating镀膜工艺,在玻璃表面上形成了SiO2气凝胶薄膜,对SiO2膜层进行表面修饰处理,得到了疏水型SiO2气凝胶薄膜.研究了催化剂与老化过程对薄膜物性的影响.结果表明:该疏水膜能使玻璃表面与水的接触角由50°提高至125°,有明显的疏水效果.
