在直流电场下建立变压器油击穿电压的测试方法,研究变压器油的烃组成成分、添加剂含量与其击穿电压的相关性。结果表明:在极不均匀直流电场下,变压器油的击穿电压与其烃组成成分有极大的相关性,变压器油芳烃含量越高,正负极性击穿电压越低,链烷烃和环烷烃含量的高低与其击穿电压没有相关性;在相同油间隙下,负极性击穿电压高于正极性击穿电压,随着油间隙的增加,击穿电压值等比例增加;在工业应用的剂量下,酚型抗氧剂和金属钝化剂的加入对变压器油的直流击穿电压没有明显的负面影响。

A test method of breakdown voltage for transformer oils was built under DC electric field, and the correlation of different hydrocarbon composition, additive content of transformer oils and their break-down voltage was studied. The results show that under non-uniform DC electric field, the breakdown volt-age of transformer oils has great correlation with hydrocarbon composition of transformer base oils. The higher the aromatic hydrocarbon content of transformer oils, the lower the DC breakdown voltage of transformer oils is. There is no correlation between breakdown voltage and alkane content and cyclanes content of transformer oils. The negative DC breakdown voltage is higher than the positive DC break-down voltage at the same gap of oil. With the increase of the gap of oil, the breakdown voltage increas-es proportionally. The addition of phenolic antioxidant and metal passivator has no obvious negative ef-fect on the DC breakdown voltage of transformer oils under industrial application dosage.
