某注水井起管柱作业时发现9根油管接箍沿纵向开裂,且外壁均出现了不同程度的坑状腐蚀。为弄清开裂原因,通过力学及理化性能检测,对接箍基础性能进行了检验;并利用金相、扫描电镜、X射线衍射击等分析手段,对断口形貌以及腐蚀产物进行了分析。结果表明,接箍开裂主要是由于外壁机械夹痕处应力集中及腐蚀所引起的硫化物应力腐蚀开裂;腐蚀产物主要为FeS。

Longitudinal cracking was found on nine tubing couplings in a water injection well,and different degrees of corrosion pits were found on the outer surface of these couplings.Mechanical and chemical properties were tested to clarify the reasons for cracking.Metallographic,SEM,EDS,XRD and other methods were used to analyze the corrosion products on the fracture surface.The results showed that the reason of cracking was mainly sulfide stress corrosion cracking which was caused by stress concentration at the mechanical clip marks of the outer wall,and the corrosion product mainly consisted of FeS.
