张力控制是铝带轧机生产过程控制的难点。在双机架铝轧机控制系统中,通过控制机架间的张力大小,可以减少轧机的负荷,在一定程度上也可以改善铝带的板型质量。分析了张力控制的基本原理,基于双闭环的动力系统建立了以速度为主要影响因素的张力系统模型。通过自适应模糊PID的智能控制方式对双机架铝冷轧机中的张力模型进行仿真,仿真研究表明,自适应模糊PID对张力系统的控制优于常规PID,可减小系统较大幅度的振荡,而且能更快地达到张力控制系统的稳定状态。

It is difficult to control tension in cold strip rolling process.In double stands aluminum cold rolling mill control system,effective tension control can not only reduce the rolling force,but also improve the quality of plate shape in a certain extent.In this paper,the foundation of tension control is analyzed and a model of tension control system is developed in which the speed is taken as the main factor in double-loop power system.A simulation of the tension control model of double stands aluminum cold rolling mill was made by means of adaptive fuzzy PID.The simulation results show that the adaptive fuzzy PID control system is better than the normal PID control,as it can reduce big surge and reach steady state more quickly to the tension control system.
