采用熔体发泡法制备了球形孔泡沫铝及其舍金,对它们进行了拉伸试验,研究了孔隙率对拉伸性能的影响.结果表明:球形孔泡沫铝及其合金的拉伸应力-应变曲线相似,均呈现线弹性变形、平台、塑性上升、破坏四个阶段;它们的抗拉强度远低于它们的抗压强度;随孔隙率的增大它们的抗拉强度逐渐减小.

Al and Al alloy foam with spherical pores were prepared by foaming in melt, and tensile experiment was carried out to study the effect of porosity on the tensile properties. The results show that the tensile stress-strain curves of spherical pore Al foam were similar to that of spherical pore Al alloy foam. They all showed four stages of linear elastic deformation, platform, plastic increase and failure. Compared with the compressive properties of spherical pore Al and Al alloy foam, the tensile strength was far less than the compressive strength.The tensile strength decreased with the increasing porosity.
