利用电弧炉熔炼铜模铸造法,在不同熔炼气氛压力下,制备不同直径的Zr65Cu27.5Al7.5合金试样,研究铸造气氛压力对合金玻璃形成能力的影响.结果表明:该合金的玻璃形成能力对熔炼气氛压力在kPa数量级上的变化就表现出敏感的响应,较低或较高的压力均会使合金的玻璃形成能力降低.合金玻璃形成能力随熔炼气氛压力变化的微观机制与其凝固先析相的晶体结构有关.
