锥形量热仪可在模拟真实火情下综合测量材料燃烧时的热和烟释放的动态情况,NBS烟箱测量的是材料在静态封闭体系内烟密度的变化。二者结合能较全面地评价抑烟剂的综合作用效果。Kc(八钼酸蜜胺)和Cu2O的阻燃和抑烟性能优良。Kc和Cu2O以及Kc和Fe2O3之间都有较明显的协同抑烟作用,但协同阻燃作用不甚明显,其原因在于它们协同促进了PVC碳骨架的交联并成炭。

CONE calorimeter can be used to measure the heat and smoke emission properties of the combustion of materials in a dynamic mode. The parametres derived from NBS smoke chamber, in which the smoke density is the most important one, is obtained under a static condition. Melaminium octamolybdate(Kc) is both a excellent smoke suppressant and a good flame retardant. Smoke suppression synergism between Kc and Cu2O and Kc and Fe2O3 is much more distinct than the flame retardance synergism between them, which may be interpreted as the synergism of the promotion of cross-linking and char forming of PVC backbone between them.
