采用硝酸银(AgNO3)为前躯体,抗坏血酸(Vc)为还原剂,通过一条绿色途径合成了Ag纳米粒子,其粒径大小分布范围窄.对产物进行X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)、紫外-可见分光光度(UV-Vis)等多种手段进行表征.以吡啶(Py)作为探针分子进行表面增强拉曼散射效应的测定,具有很好的增强效果.结果表明,光谱的检测限为10-10 mol·L-1,且随探针分子浓度下降,拉曼信号变化趋势很稳定,为后续定量分析打下基础.
