采用激光气体分析法开发出了新型转炉动态控制系统。与质谱法相比该系统具有投资少、故障低、性能稳定、系统延迟时间短等优点。根据冶金动力学理论,建立了转炉动态控制模型。本控制系统在40 t复吹转炉的大生产应用中终点碳预报精度在±0.02%的条件下命中率达到80.9%。

A new BOF dynamic control system was developed with laser gas analyer. The system has less investment, less trouble, better performance and shorter delay time than that with mass spectrometer. The dynamic control model of BOF was established based on metallurgical kinetic theory. The results proved that hit rate of [C] is 80.9% with error less than ±0.02% at end point.
