疲劳裂纹扩展速率表达式是采用疲劳裂纹扩展理论评估疲劳裂纹扩展寿命的核心。通过对McEvily公式的深入研究,考虑弹塑性行为的影响、裂纹的闭合效应,并对曲线斜率进行“最小二乘法”拟合,得到了改进的McEvily公式。通过采用航天发射塔架45钢的疲劳裂纹扩展数据进行分析验证,改进后的McEvily公式对疲劳裂纹扩展寿命具有更强的评估能力。

The fatigue crack growth rate is the core for assessing fatigue growth life by use of fatigue crack propagation (FCP) theory. Researching on the McEvily formula, considing the influence of elasticplastic behavior and crack closure, fitting the slope to least square method, the modified McEvily formula is obtained. In this paper, the modified McEvily formula is validated with fatigue crack growth data for steel 45 which obtained from the aerospace launcher. The result shows that the modified formula has relatively good assessment accuracy, so it has a good foreground.
