采用微波水热法制备了(Ni_(0.30)Cu_(0.20)Zn_(0.50))Fe_2O_4·xCaO(x=0、0.02、0.04、0.1)纳米粉体,通过压制成型,研究了不同烧结条件下Ca掺量对铁氧体的物相组成、显微结构及维氏硬度的影响.结果表明,随Ca掺量的增加,晶胞参数增大、晶粒尺寸减小、材料密度减小、维氏硬度增大.因此,Ca的掺入可明显提高材料的烧结强度.

(Ni_(0.30)Cu_(0.20)Zn_(0.50))Fe_2O_4·xCaO(x=0,0. 02,0. 04,0.1) nanoparticles is synthesized by microwave-hydrothermal method The as prepared samples are investigated by XRD, SEM, Vickers hardness tester and density tester. The results indicate that the crystal size and density of samples decrease but the crystal parameter and Vickers hardness increase as Ca-doping increasing. The study shows Ca-doping can significant increase the strength of sintered Ni-Cu-Zn ferrites.
