:通过对唐钢FTSC流程生产冷轧用SPHC钢进行硼微合金化工艺的开发研究,揭示了LF精炼过程硼微合金化的反应热力学特征与机制。通过硼微合金化若干工艺问题的解决和工艺优化,明确了钢水硫含量、增硅、铝控制之间的内在关系;使SPHC钢成分合格的同时,实现硼收得率达到64%,硼的质量分数波动±5×10-6;钙处理达到钢水中w(Ca)∶w(Alin)为126∶1时,确保水口浇注顺利,同时节省钙线用量。

With the development of boron microalloyed SPHC steel in FTSC routine in Tangshan Steel, the thermodynamical mechanism of SPHC steel microalloying in ladle furnace is investigated. After several practical problems are resolved, the relation between contents of S, Si and Al has been disclosed. The ratio of Ca to Alin in steel is 126∶1 after calcium treatment, the nozzle clogging does not happen and the consumption of calcium is reduced. The recovery factor fluctuation of boron are 64% and ±5×10-6, respectively.
