相比硅太阳能电池,无机纳米晶/共轭聚合物太阳能电池因其兼备有机/无机杂化的优点,而近年来一直是国内外广泛关注的热点之一.文中对目前该种太阳能电池光敏层的各种微观形貌、制备方法及研究进展进行了综述.详细介绍了无机纳米晶/共轭聚合物光敏层的三种制备方法,即物理共混法、化学键合式共混法和原位法.同时着重关注了无机纳米晶/共轭聚合物本体异质结型光敏层的两种典型微观形貌(即无序本体异质结和有序本体异质结)的调控.并提出制备微观结构有序的本体异质结型结构是提高杂化太阳能电池光电转换效率的关键.
