为了除去电解铜箔生箔电解液中微量的铅,实现电解液的循环利用,提出了一种加入氢氧化钡-活性炭联合处理除铅的方法.研究了各因素对除铅效果的影响,分析了除铅机理,确定了联合处理除铅的工艺条件.结果表明:使用该工艺处理生箔电解液,在氢氧化钡用量为电解液中铅质量25倍时,2g/L活性炭,50℃,处理40min,铅去除率可达99.31%.该工艺操作方便、处理简单、除铅效果好,延长了电解液和钛铱阳极的使用周期,降低了生产成本.

In order to remove the trace lead in electrolytic copper foil electrolyte and fulfill the electrolyte circulation utilization,a method of removing lead from the electrolyte using barium hydroxide-activated carbon was proposed in this work.The effects of various factors on the removal of lead were studied,and the lead removal mechanism was analyzed.The process conditions for the combined treatment of lead removal were determined.Results showed that the content of barium hydroxide was 25 times that of lead in the bath solution,and the concentration of activated carbon was 2 g/L,the removal rate of lead was up to 99.31% under 50 ℃ for 40 min.The process had the advantages of convenient operation,simple processing and good lead removing effect,prolonged the use period of the electrolyte and the titanium-iridium anode,and reduced the production cost.
