利用磁控溅射在Ni-5Cr-5Al(原子分数,%)合金上制备与基体相同成分的微晶涂层.获得的涂层在1000℃空气中进行了氧化实验.结果表明,200h氧化后涂层表面生成了分层结构的氧化膜:外层为NiO和NiAl2O4,内层为连续致密的α-Al2O3.微晶化使得Ni-Cr-Al系三元合金表面生成一层连续Al2O3所需的Cr、Al含量大大降低。
Ni-5Cr-5Al(at%) microcrystalline coating was prepared on the substrate of the same material by magnetron sputtering.Oxidation testing was performed on the coating in air at 1000℃.The results indicated that a multi-layer oxide scale was formed on the coating after 200h oxidation which was composed of NiO and NiAl2O4 in the outer layer and α-Al2O3 in the inner layer. The contents of Cr and Al necessary for the formation of a continuous α-Al2O3 layer were significantly decreased through microcrystallization.
