首次采用反应性加工技术以NaH/顺丁烯二酸酐改性体系,将不饱和双键和极性基团同时连接到丁基橡胶大分子主链上,得到了一种快速硫化的多官能化改性丁基橡胶MFIIR。采用核磁共振(1H-NMR)和红外光谱(FT-IR)技术表征了MFIIR的结构。考察了改性剂配比对MFIIR硫化特性和力学性能的影响。考察了MFIIR炭黑混炼胶的硫化特性与力学性能,结果发现,MFIIR炭黑混炼胶的硫化特性与BIIR相当,力学性能与BIIR和IIR相当,撕裂强度高于BIIR和IIR,对MFIIR的制备机理和快速硫化的可能原因进行了分析阐述。

A method of introducing multifunctional groups onto butyl rubber by reactive processing technology was investigated.A modified fast-vulcanization IIR(MFIIR),containing multi-functional groups of carboxyl and carbon-carbon double bonds in side group,was synthesized successfully.The structure of MFIIR was characterized by 1H-NMR and FT-IR and the effects of modifier ratio on curing characteristics and mechanical properties of MFIIR were also discussed.The results demonstrate that the curing rate of MFIIR is higher than that of IIR,equal to that of bromobutyl rubber and the extent of curing cross-linking formation of MFIIR is higher than that of BIIR.Curing characteristics and mechanical properties of carbon black compound of MFIIR were also discussed.The results show the curing characteristics and mechanical properties of MFIIR are equal to those of BIIR,and the tear strength of MFIIR is higher than that of butyl rubber(IIR) and bromobutyl rubber(BIIR).The possible mechanisms for preparing MFIIR and the fast curing formation of MFIIR were analyzed and discussed.
