采用传统高温固相反应法制备了12CaO·7Al2O3:Pr3+(C12A7:Pr3+)陶瓷,采用X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、电子扫描电镜(SEM)、激发光谱和发射光谱对样品的物相结构及发光性能进行了分析和表征.结果表明:C12A7:pr3+陶瓷样品的衍射峰与C12A7的JCPDS卡片的衍射峰数据一致,属于立方晶系.激发光谱分布在440~490 nm的波长范围内,主激发峰位于488nm处;发射光谱为多发射峰,最大发射峰位于615 nm处,是典型的Pr3+的4f4f和4f-5d激发产生能级跃迁导致的.随着Pr3+掺杂量的增加,发光强度先增强后减弱,当掺杂浓度为0.2 mol%时,在615nm处发射峰强度达到最大.
