采用固体粉末包埋渗铝法,在Fe-Cr-Ni合金表面制备渗铝涂层,并研究了其因渗剂中铁铝含量的不同对Fe-Cr-Ni合金渗铝、氧化及结焦行为的影响。通过对各组渗铝以及渗铝并氧化后的试样表面及截面微观形貌、相组织进行研究,并结合结焦增重曲线发现,铁铝比例的增加能够促使合金表面形成平整致密的渗铝涂层,提高氧化膜的质量,但也会降低渗层的厚度,影响表面氧化膜的连续性。选用合适的铁铝含量可以获得较高质量的氧化铝涂层,进而达到防结焦效果。

Simuhaneous deposition of A1-Fe coatings on Fe-Cr-Ni alloy was realized by pack cementation to investigate its coking resistance. The effect of mass ratio of Fe and A1 on the aluminizing and oxidation behavior of Fe-Cr-Ni alloy with and without the coatings was studied. The mierostructure and phase structure of the coatings were analyzed by EDS and XRD. The anti-coking ability of the coatings was investigated by continuous coking experiments. The results show that increasing the mass ratio of Fe/A1 can improve surface morphology of the specimens and form good adhesion of the coatings to the substrate. However, the addition of too much Fe powders decreases the thickness of the coatings and affects the formation of the continuous A12 03 film. Therefore, controlling the mass ratio of Fe/A1 propery could obtain high-quality aluminized coatings for the sake of anti-coking.
