本文介绍了数字电动缸非正弦振动系统的技术特点,提出了影响铸坯振痕的弯月面形状必须依靠优化非正弦振动来实现的观点。但铸坯与结晶器之间摩擦力的存在,造成了非正弦振动曲线的失真与变形,采用摩擦力补偿模型,可以实现对非正弦振动曲线的修正,达到优化弯月面形状的目的,从而改善铸坯质量。

This paper introduced technical characteristic digital electrical cylinder with non-sinusoidal oscillation,and bring forward a viewpoint that meniscus shape must depend on non-sinusoidal oscillation to realize optimize effected oscillation mark. The friction force between casting and mold wall is exist, and work distortion or metamorphose of non-sinusoidal oscillation curve. The friction compensation model is adopted, and realize correct to non-sinusoidal oscillation curve, and achieve aim to meniscus shape optimize, and improve casting quality.
