现有关于微尺度下气体流动特性的文献结果差异很大,甚至互相矛盾.文中提出入口效应以及充分发展段的流动特性与常规尺度的差异可能是影响微尺度下气体流动特性的关键因素.搭建了单相气体流动特性实验研究系统,针对这一影响因素对气体流动特性的影响规律进行了系统分析,证实了上述结论,发现微尺度下充分发展段流体的摩擦阻力明显小于常规理论预测值.针对微尺度下气体流动特性进行了系统分析.
