对聚碳酸酯的冲击力学性能进行研究,分析其破坏和防护机理,并对防暴性能进行研究。结果表明:聚碳酸酯的压缩应力-应变曲线分为弹性区和屈服区;聚碳酸酯表现出明显的应变率强化效应,其压缩强度和吸能能力随着应变率的增加而增大;低温条件下聚碳酸酯冲击韧性大幅下降,出现脆性断裂,防暴能力有所下降;聚碳酸酯的冲击韧性较好,在受到冲击时可以发生变形并吸收冲击能量,且冲击失效应变较大,因此可以很好地应用在防暴领域。

The impact mechanical properties of polycarbonate were investigated and the failure mechanism together with protective mechanism of polycarbonate was analyzed. Anti-violence property of polycarbonate was also studied. Results show that the compressive stress-strain curves of polycarbonate contain two regions:an elastic region and a yield region. The compressive behaviors of polycarbonate display a remarkable strain rate strengthening effect. The compressive strength and energy absorption of polycarbonate at high strain rate is higher than that at low strain rate. At low temperature,the impact toughness of polycarbonate decreases obviously,polycarbonate shows brittle fracture phenomenon and the anti-violence property decreases. Under impact,due to its higher impact toughness,the deformation of polycarbonate consumes a lot of impact energy and the fracture strain of polycarbonate is very high. Polycarbonate can be applied in anti-violence field.
