结晶器振动系统是连铸机的核心装备技术之一,其稳定性和精度对连铸机的产量和铸坯质量有着非常重要的作用,因此当结晶器振动系统工作一段时间后,对其进行测试非常必要。本文针对北满特钢大方坯连铸机振动平台和结晶器振动系统存在的问题,采用专用的测量设备对其进行了测试,发现连铸机振动平台发生了弯曲,结晶振动系统存在侧向和弧向的偏振,主振动的振幅也和设定值有偏离,说明振动系统存在严重变形和磨损,振动系统的稳定性和精度已经不能满足连铸工艺要求,必须进行大修。

Mould oscillation is one of the key technologies in continuous casting. Its stability and accuracy greatly influence the bloom quality and the output of the caster. It is very necessary to examine the mould oscillation system after a period of service. In the article, the special designed measuring equipment has been applied to examine the stroke and wave shape of the oscillator in Beiman Special Steel bloom caster. It has been demonstrated that there are such problems as the mould vibration platform bending, vibration in side and arc direction, deviation of the main vibration amplitude from the set value and serious wear and tear in the oscillation system. The oscillation system must be overhauled to secure the stability and accuracy of mould oscillation.
