采用Ti和B的混合粉末在Ti-6Al-4V基体表面激光熔覆制备TiB/Ti复合涂层.通过XRD物相分析、形貌观察和硬度测试等方法研究了激光扫描速度2 mm/s时不同激光扫描功率下原位合成的TiB/Ti复合涂层的相结构、显微结构和硬度.不同功率下制备的涂层中只有α-Ti和TiB相;扫描功率为3000W和3500W下激光熔覆层与基体结合较好;随着激光扫描功率的增加,熔覆层的平均硬度提高;扫描功率为3000W下制备的涂层硬度分布较均匀,其硬度值较基体提高了2~3倍,平均硬度值约为1000 HV.

TiB/Ti composite coatings were fabricated on Ti-6Al-4V surface using mixed powder of Ti and B by laser cladding.Phases,microstructure and hardness of the in situ synthesized TiB/Ti composite coatings under different laser power with the laser scanning speed of 2 mm/s were investigated by means of XRD,SEM and hardness test.The results show that only α-Ti and TiB phases exist in the coatings fabricated by different laser power.The coatings prepared with the power of 3000 W and 3500 W are bonded well to the substrate.The average hardness of the coatings improves with the increasing laser power,the well-distributed hardness is observed for the coatings prepared with the laser power of 3000 W,and the average hardness reaches 1000 HV,which is 2 to 3 times than that of the substrate.
