利用四球摩擦磨损试验机考察了单体系油性剂、极压剂在铜箔轧制油中的摩擦学特征,确定了铜箔轧制油添加剂的类型;利用正交试验设计研究不同含量的添加剂复配后的摩擦学特征,优选了最佳的复配体系,并通过轧制实验研究复配体系的工艺润滑效果。结果表明油性剂选择醇和酯复配,极压剂选择BANT和EAK复配,可以有效提高铜箔轧制油的油膜承载能力和极压抗磨性能。复配体系中酯、醇、BANT和EAK比例为3:2:1:3时协同作用效果最佳,能有效减少轧制过程的摩擦,降低轧制能耗,与未加添加剂时的平均轧制压力相比降低了15%左右,轧制功率降低了17%左右,同时,铜箔轧后表面光洁平整,因此,在铜箔轧制润滑中具有良好的应用前景。

Tribological characteristic of copper foil rolling oil with single system oiliness and extreme pressureadditives were investigated using a four ball test machine. The additive types of copper foil rolling oil were de- termined. By using orthogonal experimental design, tribology properties of copper foil rolling oil, which con- tains different amount of compounded system additives, were studied. The best compounded system was select-ed and its effect of process lubrication was studied through rolling experiments. The results show that load- bearing capacity of oil film and extreme pressure anti-wear property of copper foil rolling oil can be effectively improved, when oiliness agents are alcohol and ester compound, and extreme pressure agent are BANT andEAK compound. The best compound proportion of ester, alcohol, BANT and EAK is 3 : 2 : 1 : 3, which can effectively reduce the rolling friction and rolling energy consumption. The average rolling pressure is reduced by about 15% and rolling power is reduced by about 17% compared with no additive rolling oil. At the same time, the rolled surface of copper foil is very smooth. Therefore, the compounded system has a good application pros-pect in copper foil rolling lubrication.
