采用粉末冶金与中频感应炉重熔相结合的方法制备Ni-5at%W合金锭,经旋锻和拉拔成为丝材,再冷轧为70μm厚带材.随后,在800~1300℃区间进行0~3 h再结晶退火处理.采用X射线衍射和电子背散射衍射对基带织构进行评估,同时也对基带硬度进行了表征.实验发现,Ni-5 at%W合金基带几乎在800℃就已完成初始再结晶过程;在980℃退火时,立方织构体积分数随时间的延长(1~3 h)没有发生明显变化;在1100,1300℃退火后形成了锐利的立方织构,偏离{001}<100>8°范围内的晶粒表面积占总晶粒表面积的分数分别为93%,99.8%.在1300℃以下温区退火时,基带组织均匀,没有出现晶粒异常长大现象,立方织构具有良好的高温稳定性.当退火温度达1400℃时,出现晶粒异常长大现象并伴有其它织构成分出现.
