为了获得Mn含量介于中锰和低锰之间的具有优良性能的低碳低硅钢,设计了本试验钢,利用DIL 805A型热膨胀仪测定了试验钢的Ac1、Ac3及Ms、Mf点,使用拉伸试验机测定了试验钢的力学性能,通过SEM、EBSD及XRD等技术观察了试验钢的组织结构及残留奥氏体量.结果表明:随着退火温度的提高,试验钢的抗拉强度及屈服强度不断升高;伸长率不断降低;残留奥氏体量先下降后保持在4.5%左右.760℃退火后,试验钢获得最佳力学性能,其屈服强度为631MPa,抗拉强度为1173 MPa,伸长率为10.1%.通过试验钢可以发现,当退火温度低于Ac3时,随着退火温度的提高,试验钢的屈服强度与抗拉强度显著升高,伸长率随之下降,这主要是由于淬火后马氏体比例不断增加.

A low carbon and low silicon dual phase steel with different content of Mn was designed.The temperatures of A c1,Ac3,Ms and Mf were tested by use of DIL805A dilatometer.Uniaxial tensile properties of the annealed steel sheet were measured by on a CMT5105 tensile test machine,the microstructure of the tested steel was revealed by means of SEM,EBSD technique and XRD.The results show that with annealing temperature increasing,the tensile strength and yield strength both increase while the total elongation decreases and the 5% volume fraction of retained austenite remains unchanged.The ultimate tensile strength of 1173 MPa,yield strength of 631 MPa and the total elongation of 10% are obtained for the steel annealed at 760 ℃.Raising the annealing temperature can significantly improve the yield strength and tensile strength while the elongation decreases,which is mainly due to the increasing proportion of martensite.
