在丝电爆制备纳米粉过程中,爆炸产物的相态对粉体粒径有重要影响,在气体放电式丝电爆装置上,通过改变工艺参数(初始电压和电极间距)进行了系列试验,研究了工艺参数对爆炸产物相态组成的影响.结果表明:电极间距一定时,只有在一定初始电压下液相比例才能达到最小,初始电压较低或过高时液相比例都会增加,增大电极间距,使液相比例最小值降低,对应的初始电压值增大.
