在容性设备绝缘在线监测中以PT二次电压信号作为相位参考存在不足,为了准确监测设备的绝缘状态,基于相对介损测量法,利用3δ准则通过相对介损历史监测数据来确定介损的正常变化范围,然后根据相对介损值变化向量确定故障台数,进而由故障诊断矩阵对单台或多台故障设备进行准确定位。最后通过实验室人工模拟实验验证了本方法的有效性。

In view of the deficiency when using PT secondary voltage signal as phase reference in online monitoring of capacitive equipment insulation and to monitor the insulation condition of equipment precisely, based on the relative measurement method, we determined the normal variation range of dielectric loss factor by historical monitoring data using 3δ criterion. The number of failure equipments was determined according to the change vector of dielectric loss factor, and then single or multiple faulure equipments were located precisely by fault diagnosis matrix. Finally, the effectiveness of the method was verified by artificial simulation experiment in laboratory.
