以球肋弧度和比例因子作为变量,对一种新型板式换热器正六边形球面肋板式换热器进行了参数优化。选取煅耗散数和J/f因子作为换热器综合性能的评价指标,得到了结构参数的变化对传热性能、阻力性能以及煨耗散数的影响,总结了这两种评价指标在优化设计中的基本规律。最终确定了优化的板片结构参数和换热器运行参数,为该新型板式换热器的实际应用提供了依据和参考。

Parameter optimization design was performed on a novel plate heat exchanger named as Regular Hexagon Plate Heat Exchanger with Spherical Ribs (RHPHESR). The optinfization parameters induced its spherical radian and scale factor. The entransy dissipation number and j/f factor were selected as the evaluation criterion for heat exchanger comprehensive perfor- mance. The effects of structural parameters on heat transfer performance, fluid flow properties and entransy dissipation number were summarized. In the end of this paper, the optimized plate struc- tured parameters were determined which could provide reference for RHPHESR practical applications.
