使用工业级的SrCO3和ZrO2为原料,采用固相合成法在1350℃保温12 h合成了SrZrO3材料,将合成的SrZrO粉体用等静压法成型成片状并在1650℃保温不同的时间,观察其显微组织结构,测定在不同保温时间下的烧成密度.将自合成SrZrO3粉料等静压成型成SrZrO3坩埚.将SrZrO3坩埚在900℃素烧,并在1650℃保温8h烧成,在此坩埚中进行TiNi合金真空感应熔炼实验.采用XRD、SEM和EDS等观察钛合金与材料界面反应层的微观形貌.结果表明,在1350℃可以固相合成锆酸锶粉体.粉料成型后在1650℃保温8h烧结的坩埚密度达到理论值的97%以上.SrZrO坩埚与TiNi合金的反应层厚度约为40μm,未发现坩埚材料渗透进合金熔体.
