探讨了凝胶注模成型制备Al2O3/B4C可燃毒物芯块工艺.本文系统研究zeta电位、固相含量和分散剂含量对桨体的影响,并分析了三种不同B4C颗粒对桨体的影响.通过DSC热分析可知有机单体在~265℃排除.实验结果表明:50 vol.%固相含量,3~6wt%单体,0.6 wt.%分散剂和8μmB4C是制备的最佳条件,其生坯密度>55 TD%.与干压成型相比,凝胶注模成型制备生坯微观结构均匀,气孔小且分布范围窄.

Gelcasting of Al2O3/B4 C burnable poison pellets was described in this paper.The effects of zeta potentials,solid loading,and dispersant content on the suspension were studied systematically,and three kinds of B4 C powders with very different particle sizes were used in this study.Differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)analysis indicates that the organic matter is removed at~265℃.The result shows that slurries with 50 vol.% solid,3~6wt% monomer,0.6 wt.% dispersant and 8 μm B4C are optimized conditions,and relative densities are>55% of the theoretical value in the green state. In contrast to the dry-pressing process, the green body obtained by the gelcasting process exhibits uniform microstructure and small pore sizes with a narrow distribution.
