采用自制的热隔膜成型设备制备了3234/T700碳纤维复合材料梁/肋零件预制件,并在热压罐中进行固化,通过对固化后零件的表观质量、力学性能、厚度、内部缺陷进行表征,考察了成型温度、成型时间、成型压力对成型质量的影响.结果表明,适当地提高成型温度、成型压力以及延长成型时间可提高固化后零件的质量.
