氮化铝/导电颗粒复合微波衰减陶瓷是一种新型的复合材料,其优异的微波衰减性能及广阔的应用前景已经引起人们极大的关注.介绍了氮化铝/导电颗粒复合微波衰减陶瓷的制备方法,着重讨论了评价衰减性能的主要参数:电阻率、介电性能、热导率,概述了国内外研究现状和进一步研究的方向,并展望了未来的发展趋势.
