企业资源计划(ERP)作为因特网环境下管理集成、资源集成的信息系统,其实施是一项高风险和高成本的工作.企业资源计划(ERP)在国内企业信息化建设工作中举足轻重,对钢铁企业ERP实施及其成功因素进行实证分析,具有非常重要的现实意义和应用价值.给出的ERP实施的理论分析框架,研究了首钢ERP实施的成功经验及其上线压力测试情况,在此基础上给出了钢铁企业ERP实施的成功因素模型.
