研究了Ti_3Al-Nb合金在高温下的有序化,冷却过程高温β相转变及时效过程亚稳定β相分解的行为,结果指出,在1060℃固溶处理时,合金形成初生α_2和β高温有序相;在固溶处理后的冷却过程中,合金发生β→α_2+ω型转变;在700℃时效过程中,合金发生(β+ω型)亚稳→(α_2+β)稳定分解。

Study was made of the behaviour of ordering transformation in Ti_3Al-Nb alloy, including the ordering at high temperature, the transformation of hightemperature β phase during cooling, and the decomposition of metastable β phaseduring aging. Results show that the ordered primary a_2 and high temperature β inalloy occurred at 1060℃. The transformation of high temperature β phase proceedby β→a_2+ω type during cooling, and the decomposition of metastable β and ωtype proceeded by (β+ω type)_(metastable)→(a_2+β)_(stable) during aging at 700℃.
