首先利用磁控溅射镀膜法分别用硅材料和玻璃作衬底制备了不同厚度的金属银薄膜,然后利用飞秒激光瞬态热反射技术(femtosecond transient thermoreflectance,简称FTTR)研究了金属薄膜内部电子非平衡弛豫时间。实验结果表明,相同基材、相同厚度的金属薄膜内电子非平衡弛豫持续时间是相同的。相同泵浦光功率时,电子非平衡弛豫持续时间与膜厚成反比。另外金属薄膜的衬底材料不同,对电子非平衡弛豫持续时间也有不同程度的影响。

The femtoseeond optical pumped transient thermoreflectance (FTTR) technique is an effective tool to investigate the ultrafast dynamics in mental films. Sliver films were deposited by magnetron sputtering tech- nique. The nonequilibrium lasting time of electrons of films were studied by using femtosecond laser pump- probe thermoreflectance experimental technology. The results showed that at the condition of the same sub- strate material, the same thickness and the different laser pumped power of the mental films, the nonequilibri- um lasting time of electrons was the same. And if the laser pumped power was equal, the lasting time was in- versely proportional to the thickness of the mental films. Otherwise there were different influences on the non- equilibrium lasting time of electrons when the suhstrates were different.
