采用多弧离子镀技术,通过Ti-Al-Zr三元合金靶与Cr单质靶组合,在YG10X硬质合金钻头上制备了(CrTiAlZr)N多组元硬质膜.利用扫描电镜(SEM)和能谱分析(EDS)对膜层表面形貌、成分进行了观察和测试,系统考察了膜层的硬度和膜/基附着力.对镀膜钻头进行钻削高速钢试验,并对钻削后的钻头进行观察分析.结果表明,(CrTiAlZr)N多组元硬质膜达到超硬性同时具有良好的膜/基附着力,镀膜后的钻头与未镀膜钻头相比提高钻削寿命近5倍.
