为研究贝氏体非调质紧固件用钢的动态再结晶行为,在Gleeble-3500热模拟试验机上进行了单道次压缩试验,并分析了压缩变形应力-应变曲线。研究表明,奥氏体热变形激活能较一般C-Mn钢要高,为427.065kJ/mol;再结晶开始时间与温度曲线在1000℃左右出现明显的转折点,温度低于1000℃时,动态再结晶发生困难。

In order to characterize the dynamic recrystallization behavior of a bainitic non-quenched and tempered steel, single compression tests were performed on a Gleeble-3500 simulator. The stress-strain curves obtained were analyzed. The results show that the activation energy of deformation is 427.065kJ/mol, which is higher than the plain C-Mn steel. There is a turning point on the recrystallization beginning time and temperature (RTT) curve at about 1000℃. The dynamic recrystallization is more difficult to occur when the temperature is below 1000℃.
