强烈段塞流是海洋油气开采平台中最具危害的一种流型。本文通过研究强烈段塞流中气液分离器的控制策略,探索分离器排液阀的控制与分离器体积之间的联系,以及阀门开度随时间变化与液位波动的关系。通过对阀门的有效控制,可以减小分离器的体积,并给出分离器排液阀的选用及控制模型。通过对气液分离器采取有效控制,降低强烈段塞流对集输系统的影响,从而使系统能够稳定运行。

Severe slugging is the most harmful flow in offshore oil and gas production platforms.By studying the gas-liquid separator control strategies of severe slugging,this paper explored the links between separator drain valve control and the separator volume,and the relationship of valve opening with time-varying and the level fluctuation.Through the effective control of the valve,reduce the volume of separator,presented the model of separator outlet valve choice and control.By taking effective control of separator to reduce severe slugging impact on the gathering and transportation system,thus enabling the system to stable operation.
