贱金属内电极多层陶瓷电容器(BME-MLCCs)经过40年的发展,目前已成为多层陶瓷电容器的主流.钛酸钡的缺陷化学是发展BME MLCCs的理论基础,利用该理论研发抗还原的钛酸钡基介质陶瓷组成,使钛酸钡基介质陶瓷与镍内电极能够在还原性气氛中共烧.BME-MLCCs工业化的一个关键问题是降低由带电荷的氧空位移动所造成的老化.
