纳米管由于具有特殊的管状结构,其制备和应用研究引起了越来越多科研工作者的关注.金属纳米管是纳米管的重要组成成员,与其它纳米管相比较,由于其特殊的直接电子传递能力和生物相容性,在电化学传感器构建中具有较强的优势.主要综述了金纳米管的制备方法(化学沉积法和电化学沉积法)、制备所需的模板(多孔阳极氧化铝和聚碳酸酯模板)和在电化学生物传感器中的应用及其发展前景.
