考察了N,N-二甲基乙醇胺(DMEA)在模拟混凝土孔隙液中对钢筋的阻锈作用。通过动电位极化曲线和电化学阻抗谱对DMEA的阻锈效果进行测量和评估,结果表明,两种方法测量结果具有很好的一致性,阻锈效果随着DMEA浓度的增加而加强。DMEA对盐水浸渍试验中的钢筋试棒具有良好的保护效果。混凝土凝结时间试验表明,使用DMEA时加入占水泥量1%的葡萄糖酸钠,凝结时间和基准组最接近。

N, N-dimethyl ethanolamine(DMEA) was studied as rebar inhibitor in simulated concrete pore solution. Its inhibition effect was evaluated by potentiodynamic polarization curves and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). The results of both measurements were in good agreement. The inhibition efficiency increased with increasing the inhibitor concentration. The immersion test in salt solution showed that DMEA provided efficient protection to steel rebar. With adding 1% sodium gluconate of the total amount of cement to the DMEA-containing concrete, the setting time was closest to that for the control group.
