采用精氨酸辅助水热法,通过调节RE3+和F-源的摩尔比制备出亚微米级六棱柱形3-NaGdF4∶Eu3发光材料,用XRD、FESEM、EDS和荧光光谱对样品的形貌、结构和发光性能进行了表征.结果表明:随着F-源量的增加,样品由空心结构变成实心结构.当RE3+∶F-=1∶8时制得的表面光滑均匀的NaGdF4∶Eu3空心六棱柱的发光强度最强.以Eu3+的5Do→7F2跃迁占据主导地位,说明Eu3+占据NaGdF4非对称的1a格位和非对称的1f格位.
