钢液在中间包内液位直接影响到连铸生产过程的顺行和铸坯质量。着力于研究和分析方坯连铸生产过程中钢包滑动水口开口度,中间包钢液面,水口结瘤程度以及浇铸速度之间的关系,并推导出相关数学关系式。同时,基于重庆钢铁公司方坯连铸机的实际情况,计算了在一定浇铸速度和结瘤程度下,中间包内所需的理论液面高度,滑动水口的开口度,在此基础上绘制了钢包滑动水口操作控制图,以期能够实现一定的现场指导作用。

Continuous casting process and billet quality were directly impacted by the bath level of molten steel in tundish. The relationship among the slide gate of shroud nozzle, bath level of molten steel in tundish, nozzle clogging and casting speed during continuous casting process was investigated and analyzed; and the relevant mathematical relationship was also derived. Based on one actual steel industry, bath level in tundish and open percentage of slide gate in theory were calculated to some extent of nozzle clogging and casting speed. Then, the theoretical operation schedule was plotted in order to assist casting worker on the casting platform.
