通过自组装方法将羧基修饰的多壁碳纳米管(MWNTs)和氨基DNA通过酰胺键组装在Pt电极表面,制备MWNTs-DNA生物传感器.用场发射扫描电镜和傅立叶红外谱对此生物传感器的形貌和结构进行了检测;并以铁氰化钾为指示荆,用循环伏安法研究了此生物传感器的电化学行为,说明所制备的MWNTs-DNA生物传感器具有良好的稳定性与准可逆性.通过循环伏安法和紫外光谱法对对苯二酚的检测,推断出在DNA杂交过程中,对苯二酚与其以II-II化学键和静电结合为主.
