玻璃纤维与树脂之间的界面作用是提高玻璃纤维复合材料的关键.本实验通过在可控制备不同粒径的SiO2微球,加入到浸润剂中,利用在线涂覆研究其对玻璃纤维及复合材料性能的影响.结果表明SiO2微球修饰玻璃纤维表面能显著提高玻璃纤维和复合材料的抗拉性能,当SiO2微球的直径小于200 nm时,有利于提高玻璃纤维复丝的强度,当直径大于200 nm时,有利于提高玻璃纤维/树脂复合材料的强度.
