使用硼粉为硼源,硅和镍为催化剂反应成功制备出硼纳米线.硼纳米线的直径为50~100 nm,其长度为几微米.实验表明硅可以促进硼纳米线的生长.在纳米线的生长过程中使用Ni(NO3)2或NiSO4作为镍源,前者催化效率更高.此外,在硼纳米线生长前先合成NixBy催化剂,与同时加入反应物相比较,催化效果得到提高.

Boron nanowires (BNWs) were synthesized using boron powders as boron source and,Si and Ni as catalysts.The diameter of boron nanowires is about 50~100 nm and their length is up to several micrometers.The experiments show that Si promotes the growth of boron nanowires.Using Ni(NO3)2 as Ni sources rather than NiSO4 produces more highly effective catalytic effects on the growth of nanowires.Additionally,the catalytic process will be improved by synthesizing NixBy catalysts before growth rather than simultaneously decomposing the metal salt and growing the boron nanowires (BNWs).
