采用旋转圆柱体法研究了石灰在FetO-SiO2-CaO-P2O5-5%MnO-5%MgO(质量分数,余同)渣系的溶解动力学.结果表明:在1 573~1 653K温度范围内,石灰在熔渣中的扩散传质是石灰溶解的限制性环节,石灰溶解活化能为160.32kJ/mol,1623K时石灰在渣中的传质系数为3.03×10-4~8.97×10-4cm/s.炉渣中磷含量的增加会显著降低石灰的溶解速度;随炉渣碱度的增加,石灰的溶解速度呈现先增加后降低的趋势.
