铽-氟罗沙星(FLRX)配合物在365 nm紫外光照射一定时间后, Tb3+的特征荧光强度大大提高. 通过对该体系的荧光光谱、磷光光谱、荧光量子效率和荧光寿命等的测定, 证实Tb3+-FLRX配合物光照后发生了光化学反应, 形成了更有利于分子内能量传递的Tb3+配合物. 探讨了其荧光增敏机制.
